I’m James Aldous. I’m a communications professional and have worked on PR, Marketing and Social Media campaigns for a number of different organisations including The National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, Shakespeare’s Globe, Waterstone’s, The Public Catalogue Foundation, First Source, Gateway Asia, Whole Education and OpenX. In 2010 I was a runner-up in PR Week‘s Most Entrepreneurial In-House PR Team (UK) for my work with environmental NGO Thames21, and am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. I also work with Apollo Public Relations as their Head of Digital Communications.
Because more strings generally make for a fuller bow, I also write for, or contribute to, Social Media Today, BBC Bristol, BBC London, Boyz Magazine, Belo Magazine, ManChic.com and blog with The Guardian and The Telegraph.
I’m currently living and working in Los Angeles and you can read more about my expat life and communications work on this site. Or get in touch if you’d like to have a chat.
